Frozen dark cherries, real cocoa and a spoonful of almond butter. Tastes like a milkshake, and tart cherries have a small but genuine literature behind them for sleep and soreness.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen dark sweet cherries
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 Bananas
- 1 ¼ cups Unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tsp Pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp Kosher salt
Method
- Blend everything 60-90 seconds until there is no grit from the cocoa left.
- Cocoa needs fat and a little sweetness to stop tasting chalky — the almond butter and maple are both doing structural work here.
- Taste and add a splash more milk if it is too thick to drink through a straw.
Notes
- ✨ The restaurant touch
- A pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of vanilla. Both make cocoa taste more like chocolate.
- 🧒 For the kids
- This is a chocolate milkshake as far as most children are concerned.
- 🥡 Leftovers
- Drink fresh.
